Where i am currently fishing the new rule for this year is that the min line on the cat lake is 18lb. I am using GR60 at the minute 15lb, I was thinking of buying Daiwa infinity duo line in 18lb but i can only find the 20lb at the moment but first of all has anyone used it. My first impressions of it where i liked it but it seems a bit thing. Help please Or are there any others you can recommend. I have used the ESP line, Fox soft steel and i do not like them, manly because i am a fussey person ;D and they did not feel right to me, i can not use braid either.

Daiwa sensor in 18lb it's cheap abrasive resistant and has stood the test of time.

I wont put you of your choice but you cant ignore shimanos technium line i've been using it for 3 seasons and the 15lb is very strong and abrasive, they dont do 18lb only 20lb but if your after big cats, uummm wot to choose. that techniums that strong i managed to pull a rich tea buscuit out of camos grasp and thats no mean feat i can tell ye.

Im my opinion daiwa sensor is a better option to infinity duo as with duo i had some bad experiences when using it which resulted to me losing a big fish. cant go wrong with daiwa sensor but i also support rocket as tecknium is a very good line also

When buying line always remember that the dyed lines break before their actual stated breaking strain, however undyed lines usually break over the stated breaking strain.
